I've recently purchased a Softube Console and Fader and am having some issues. I cannot seem to get the unit to control ProTools. Currently the faders only control either output volume, character, drive (depending on the setting) but nothing DAW related.
If I go into Settings > DAW Control ...it's set to ON. It's setup as a midi controller in PT. I feel like it's a control/setting I'm missing.
Any help is appreciated. I've contacted Softube but received no response.
