Moving Head's Power Connectors

Hey labsters,



Anybody know the common power connectors found on the following lights???



1. Martin Mac 2k's

2. Martin Mac 700's (I'm guessing same connector)

3. Vari*Lite VL3000's

4. High End Showgun

L6-20P for anything that can run at 208 or 240.



For smaller movers that can run comfortably off of wall power, you sometimes see 5-15P (standard edison).

As in, Ben, you're going to need a distro to run any sort of legit moving heads.



Even MAC550s are L6-20.



LED stuff is often powercon or IEC though, with auto-switching power supplies.

Ben, it depends to some degree on which rental house they are coming from. For example, the Mac700 is usually configured for 120V operations. ALPS will send them out with either an L5-20 or an Edison. IRRC, they send out Mac2ks and VL3000s with L6-20s and they don't rent Showguns.
