60 Degree DIY Mid Hi - AKA PM60

Not sure what you would gain with this over using a conventional 12" point and shoot box. Peter's brilliant dipole design allows the 2 twelves to combine nicely while creating a powerful 3-way pole mountable box.

    Anyone using portable battery station

I have used a Jackery 500 to power 2 JBL PRX 710s, a Touchmix16 and some wireless mics with no problem. Plus 2 60" big screen TVs with wireless HDMI. At the end of a 1.5 to 2 hour gig the Jackery would still have 65% charge. They make a 1000 and 2000 as well. Cost about $100/100watts when I...

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

As Jason said, the 90 horn is smaller so a filler panel will do the trick. The boxes are the same other than the horn used.

60 Degree DIY Mid Hi - AKA PM60

Hi Jan, Glad to hear you're planning taking on the build. I have not been disappointed in either the 60's or 90's I have built. Peter has done a masterful job with the design. As far as installing plate amps, there is no room in the cabinets as they are designed. You'll need to make them larger...

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

Hi Sal, I have 2 of the 90s and 4 of the 60s. I find I'm using the 90s way more often. Just depends on the coverage you need to provide.

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

I haven't had the 90's out for an event is a long time. Couldn't have been happier with their performance. The organizers were thrilled. They asked me if we could cover the entire stadium with them next time - uh, no.

PM 60 & 90 settings and alternative drivers.

Hi Leon, I suspend my 60's 2 a side on fly bars. I adjust the angle by listening to pink noise and the comb filtering then turning them in or out before I run the crank stands all the way up. I really couldn't tell you the exact angle.

60 Degree DIY Mid Hi - AKA PM60

I can't speak for Max's drawing but my 60 deg and 90 boxes are the same size the difference being the cut out for the horn. I chose to cut off the back corners for the reasons Peter did, looks. That small of a cut off doesn't make a big difference for arraying them. You can't make the cut off...

    Definitely underwater

Got in to my storage shed for the first time in a while. Evidentially it had roof leak. I picked up a 10" coax wedge and heard sloshing and thought this can't be good. I have the driver out and drying, and the box is in the sun drying. Pretty much everything inside was sitting in the water for...
